History of Science

This course, taught by Tim Sansbury at Knox Theological Seminary, examines the history of science, technology, and the philosophy of science from Aristotle to the present.

The narrative is selected especially as it relates directly or indirectly to the history of the church and theology and reflects/influences broader cultural movements. The focus is on the history and philosophy of science, as well as the philosophy of nature, and does not require any prior scientific knowledge.
